SOLD *****POSTED July 15, 2010 BUCK FOR SALE - Friday, July 16
SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD We have made the very hard decision to sell our herdsire and very best "pet" Tarzans Superduty. We are asking $2500, but will consider offers by email. Let me know if you need more information about him or would like to set up a time to come and look at him. He is an amazing animal. People in the community sometimes stop by the roadside to watch him. Can you tell we love him? Time for us to get some new genetics to cross with those great Tarzan T66 bloodlines.

We purchased some new does ! - Friday, July 2
Kevin and Heidi made a quick weekend trip down to Corydon, IN to the Fern Hollow Farms dispersal sale. We brought home 3 lovely does, all show quality. We are so excited about our new bloodlines to add to the herd. There were 200 goats to be sold, we viewed them the night before and the morning of the sale......good grief it was so incredibly hot but we wanted to make sure that we would bid on the most correct does we could find! We certainly are obsessed with this love for goats. Who else would CHOOSE to check teats, mouths and pigment on at least 150 goats in the 95 degree heat??? We are sick individuals.

LOOKING FOR LOVE.........(posted 2010 - Sunday, February 28
This is our Anatolian Shepherd "Buster" He is an amazing livestock guardian dog. He watches the goats by day and by night and takes his job VERY seriously. We have many coyotes in our area and with Busters help all the goats are doing well. Buster is a bit lonely. He could use a female companion. We are looking for a purebred (full, not mixed breed) anatolian female to breed to our Buster. He has told us that he is ready to settle down and start a family. Drop us a note if you have/ know someone who has- a female anatolian, prefer a year or older, but would consider younger.

Pride of Minnesota Boer Goat Sales (posted 2009 - Thursday, March 13
Pride of MN is a group of meat goat producers that have banded together to promote the meat goat industry by holding educational events, wether sales and a fall production sale through out the state of MN. We enjoy helping others learn about showing goats in 4H. We have pooled our talents and resources so we can keep the cost down (advertising) and can also teach others what we as producers- that have been around for a few years- have learned.
We will be in Wadena April 25th for their Livestock Extravaganza. We will be putting on a meat goat informational and hands on clinic to all those that attend. Email me for more info.
